    I bought one thing from an online auction and it was a broken piece of crap that didn't and still don't work right. Phooey on EBay. Never bought a gun off one tho.

    Nah....bear in mind that I do a daily search of (literally) 70-80 various sites - which means sifting through a LOT of hyperbole and BS. I opt not to bid/offer on a LOT of guns because the listing looks/feels "fishy". If I'm serious about moving forward on a gun, I'll ask a question or two and look to see what kind of response I get. It's funny how often the question is ignored - which tells me I don't need to deal w/them. I've had the same experience on THIS board a couple of times - I'll ask a question, get no reply - and move on. A "late" response is the same as no response - if they can't be bothered to monitor their ads and answer a reasonable question, then I don't need to deal with 'em. We BOTH win, that way....<G>
