Yes sir I am.
Former military, enjoyed doing my instructor rotation when I was in and obviously a gun enthusiast so doing NRA classes and LTC classes on the weekends was right up my alley. I've been doing the CHL/LTC classes for about 5 years in the Lake Whitney area and a few down in Houston area.

Like the other guys have said, lots of training. Youtube has a ton of stuff, you just have to weed out questionable opinions... so I suppose thats not much different than listening to us on these forums

Have a well thought out plan and practice that plan a lot. Do AARs after training evolutions with your congregation.
