Having trouble keeping motivated

It's a class thats an aerobic type workout. It is about thirty minutes long and will leave you huffing and puffing. The lady that teaches it can do the whole thing and not be breathing to hard. Me, I stop and catch my breath every now and then.

Your going to have to knuckle down, man up, and self motivate. If there is no buddy system to work. I know it's tough; but I've been doing it for years, and so can you. Have people call you, and tell you to get at it.

I don't care about a girlfriend every two weeks I'm talking to a new one and their all crazy.

Mike, when my last lady friend and I split, I swore she would be the LAST one and over two years later, I've been successful in keeping that pledge.

I took a good look at my life and determined that women and more accurately, sex was the source of almost all the shxt I waded through since I was 15 years old! It is said that "Money is the root of all evil" That should be modified to make it more accurate. "The LOVE of money is the root of all evil."

For me, it was different......... "The love of sex is the root of all evil." Every time that I hit the ditch, it was over the same thing. I learned my lesson but can't tell you what to do. That's how it worked out for me. I'm outta that game!

The last 1/2 of my life has been about removing things from my life that do me harm. That one is on the TOP of the list!
