I almost bought a CRKT Shenanigan folder on Tuesday, but the Snap-on dealer told me that it was $110. Never mind...

I wish they'd make the LMF without serrations.

Serrations add to the utility of the knife, though. You get a part of the blade that basically never needs sharpening. The only real change I'd make (besides turning the plexiglass breaker into a hammer) would be to make the bevel go all the way to the spine instead of running it about halfway and then having the knife flat to the spine.
