Not sure the Magpul fits. All I've seen is nuts that are not round. I have .450 diameter holes. Have a link to one that fits my hand guard? If you can’t find one that fits I would just take the magpul route.

I just like the look of the hand guard I have. Certainly an option.Sam7 was suggesting you buy the magpul handguard which I agree is the best option price/quality wise to mount a vertical grip.
I found this rail that is designed to work on mine. Don't like the 5" length when I really want just a short rail with three slots. Now to find this rail in a shorter length. I already have a grip I used on the gas block that did not work.
Amazon product ASIN B01AX9Z23M
That's an idea and I considered it. But I feel that may be a botched job and don't really want that on my new AR.Cut it off, as lo g as 2 of the holes line up it will work

Thanks for the offer but I'm in Sugar Land. I did order this one from Amazon and will see if I can make it work. If the holes have the correct center to center I think I can make it work.if you’re not comfortable doing something and are near Palmer I can give you my father in laws contact. He’s a gunsmith.
That looks pretty good too. I maybe give it a try if this little plate I bought doesn't work.Could look for a used Knights Armament M4 RAS with the rail panel and vertical grip pack for ~$50.
Simple to install, battle proven and hard to beat the value for that price. I grabbed like 5 of them back when there were still gun shows
Got my grip installed. Used a three slot I picked up off of Amazon. Had to do a little modding to it but it works good. Thanks for all the replies and good info!
Not sure why the grip has the bolt in the right side rather than the middle but that's the way it came.Pictures please!!!!!
Thanks! I had to put a chamfer on each bottom side and ground the raised rings on for each hole to fit my hand guard. Did not shorten the rail. It came this length with three slots. Also had to use washers under the two nuts. They were too small and went through the holes in the hand guard. But I think it turned out good.Looks like you ended up cutting it down. Nice job!
