Did the Mustang have all of the Tannerite in one spot, or were there surprises placed all over it? It appears to have had a big bang, and then a second bang later.
    BTW, nice job to all!

It was blown up in two parts. I didn't see where the mix was actually placed.

    Before the start

Convenient parking is one of the advantages of arriving before sunrise.

The pistol range was pristine until the very first shot broke the left plate off the left plate rack. I have no idea who did that. At least, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Some folks go to the rifle range first, some to the pistol.

Tejano Scott arrived at the pistol range with the hardware he loves best. Either that, or he needed two more girls to do that Charlie's Angels pose. I dunno what he was going for.

Meanwhile, at the 25-yard sight-in range

The Modern Sporting rifles multiply fast at these gatherings, don't they?

People show up when you give stuff away

It's always good to have a master of ceremonies who doesn't mind public speaking.

This would be, what, about a quarter of the crowd?

    DSCF0042_zps388910e4.jpg

About to give away the upper, Glockster demonstrates how to rock a 'do. (Aw, hell, Curtis just rocks, period.)

    First comes the Mad Minute

OK, this was just prep time. I got no photos during the Mad Minute. I was too busy turning the lube on the barrel of my new AK into smoke. Forgive me?

    Time for some group pictures

The hardest part is everybody picking a spot.

    DSCF0066_zps2131c5a2.jpg

I seem to remember at one point after the posed pictures Scott invited everybody to "Go Crazy!". Funny thing is, I can't see any difference between the before and after pictures. Maybe it's just me.

    Here's what I got.

    Inspection

    Results were not unexpected

    DSCF0116_zps7c44ea42.jpg

I didn't hear a single "That'll buff right out!" joke. What was wrong with you guys?

    DSCF0120_zpsfbb49484.jpg

Everybody likes to inspect the wreckage...

    DSCF0124_zpsbffa4400.jpg

...but it's not inspected until it's officially inspected, right?

    DSCF0122_zps9831a6e7.jpg

Oddly enough, I once drove a 1970 Pontiac with a door that looked about like that.
