    If not, it's basically too late for a plan B. We've got the on-site grill and people bringing gas. Fingers crossed it'll work. If not, we can pull the grate off the onsite grill, prop it up on some bricks, light a bag of charcoal under it, and cook on the ground. I've done it more than once.

    ETA - Did some thinking. Yeah, I've cooked on the ground plenty of times but I'd sure hate for someone to have to do it this time.

    Here's hoping someone answers Curtis' plea.

    Yeah, but I had to steal those two bullets from a black guy, so not really privilege at all. Just a really good thief.

    Briskets are about 1 hr from done. Just wrapped them in foil.

    What's the best method of transport (2 1/2 hours) and re-heating?

    Cool them put on ice. Bring them. 2/3 hrs on the grill will finish them dbl wrap them
