Two tarps = twice the $$ wasted, IMO.

The tarp is to contain small items so they don't become a road hazard, right? What if the tarp is underneath and strapped UP like a partial bag?

still gonna flap around a bunch. and putting a tarp underneath you will need a much bigger tarp+=$$. in my opinion,

I agree-get a big tarp going down. If the trailer is yours, see if you can modify it somehow that will allow you to tie the tarp to the floor boards so you have the contact points down as low as possible to avoid wind getting up and under it. If not, just get some good rope to tie it with. If you REALLY wanted to go all out, you could use wratchets to pull it nice and tight. I've never seen anyone do this-it's just an idea.

I happen to be sitting on 20 pounds of tannerite. Not sure if I'll be able to make it this time though. If I can I'll donate it all to the cause.

That's mighty generous Trey but honestly, I don't think you should just give your stuff away. JMO

    Draining the oil, no problem.

I dropped the tranny pan and got maybe 2qts out. I'm guessing that's the tranny between the 2 pans?
Do I need to drill a hole in the housing and drain from there?
