I wonder how much less comes out of the end of a can... Have you ever thought of doing something like that to show how much powder smoke a can will hide and obviously the no flash aspect? Would be nifty if it's in the cards for you to throw a form 4 on the end of the muzzle.

The difference is huge. Here's a Reflex silencer fitter to that same AR-15:

With any comp it looks like this:

Same load used in both pictures - Can you tell the difference ;)

    Hi guys,

Start of this year has been slightly slow due to some unexpected technical issues but the gear is back in operation and we have projects waiting.
Before those I submit you some marketing material made for local gun range in Helsinki Finland.

    Enjoy :)

Ps. Note the flying hot debris around shooter's face..

AWESOME pics. Does the revolver the lady is holding look almost bent from the recoil? Look at the relation of the barrel to the receiver (or what ever it is on a revolver).

I try to bring you something new next time. In preliminary test we noticed an unfortunate issue in form of ricochet shots. Bullet trap has thick rubber "curtains" and it was not meant to be shot with shotguns. Small shots just tend to come back :( One more test and we can start if it's proven safe.

What do I have in my mind you ask?

It will be very interesting to see what really happens and how so different size shots work..

Shooting shotgun is not nice. [now you ask, what is he talking about, of course it's fun?]

Yep, it's nice for couple of rounds but not for five hours with magnum loads. I feel like beaten, shoulder so sore that it's hard to rise right hand and my chin has blue coloring. It was very interesting though and gave a whole new view to recreational shooting ;) Maybe the pump action shotgun was not the right tool this time...

But, in other words the test was shot and now it's time for the time consuming part of data processing. Unfortunately we were not able to take the dispersion shots, yet, due to unexpected high variance in speed characteristics of the shots (delays between brands; powder speed, barrel time etc). But lot's of interesting material has been captured.

    A teaser in stereoscopic 3d:

I happy to announce that shotgun review images part 1 are online.

It took a little bit longer to publish them than I anticipated but the reason was really staggering amount of data and a huge workload.

    Thanks guys :)

I find this 3D pair especially interesting:

It shows the turbulence after the slug and squeezed form of the slug.

    Compare to this:
