It took me some experimentation to find out my best method of carry. I decided on leather IWB holster. For summer carry, I conceal under a dark t-shirt. For cold weather, I like a sweatshirt. You have to find something that fits your body and life style.
So is it correct that if they can tell its a gun but is covered you are still legal or do you have to hide it better. Sorry not trying to beat this up just not sure what the full def is of conceal. Im sure the class will explain also but you guys have actually been out there so you know what to expect.
JKTex is right no one should be able to tell that you are carrying a gun. It is supposed to be concealed, if you have a large imprint of a handgun on the side of you're shirt it is not concealed. However you will probably never get a away with out any bump at all if your just wearing a T-shirt. Just as every one has already said, you have to find what works for you and your body style and how you dress.Technically that may be right. But I don't know any reason someone would not want to properly conceal such that it would be unrecognizable. I dread a day when some nosy stranger comes up concerned and asks if I'm carrying a gun. I don't want the hassle of offending them.
When I carry, even in shorts and t-shirts, no one should be able to tell I have anything.
i just got a holster simular to the one navyguy posted a picture of. my question, is it normal to need a belt that is a size bigger? and the holster sure stiff, will this conform to my shape?
