I hate to say it but I haven't been to a range in 4 months. Due to all of the crazy going on and the panic with ammo I can't bring myself to shoot my stash. I am considering picking up some extra rifle ammo and go and take a few shots but I keep putting it off. We have already cut back so much on extras its getting silly so the cash just isn't available to go shooting like I used to.

I still shoot but not nearly as much.

Where I used to got out with several firearms and a few hundred rounds at least every other weekend and a few days each week going out with a couple if mags just to burn off the stress of the day.

Now I just go out with 1 or 2 mags every week or two. Can't remember the last time I shit my AR. Think I may switch to shooting clays until things settle down.

I still shoot my 9 regularly. I also give up sleep and wait in line when ammo shipments come in for hours. I bought 200rnds today for regular pricing. I also buy 22LR and trade it for 9 or flip it to fund more 9mm purchases. Lol.

I continue to shoot. My stash is dwindling but I am still shooting and trying to introduce others to shooting.

My theory is that having large quantities of unshot ammo does me no good.

    Exactly! Practice makes perfect.

I've been twice since December. I have a lower threshold on ammo and only shoot what I can buy over that amount. I would shoot more, but refuse to pay super-gouged prices.

One thing is for sure is that I will double/triple my stash efforts after this panic. I thought I had a good rotation going after 08' but apparently I didn't expect it to get this bad.
