Agreed the response time is unacceptable. Consider moving to Tomball. My business there has had three alarms at night. I live maybe at the most 5 minutes away, and each time the alarm company has called me I immediately rolled out to the business. On two occasions the TPD was still walking around the building to be sure it wasn't broken into. In one instance they had already cleared the building and were leaving as I tore into the parking lot. As I said, I'm maybe 5 minutes away. Nice small-town PD.
