I do, but would rather see the takes on the difference between criminal, outlaw, crook, malefactor, desperado, hoodlum, gangster, mobster, thug, racketeer, scofflaw, violator, law breaker, suborner, etc. They all are doing things that are unlawful, whether they are caught and convicted or not.

technically? no difference i guess, lets lump the speeders in with the murderers.....that'll make life so much easier

realistically? ehh, a bit of a difference i think - since we want our law enforcement dollars to be spent on those who are a bigger threat than the others
