Do a quick google search and I'm sure you'll turn something up.

Who's to say those folks are not already proficient shooters? I bought my first handgun (glock) on my 21st and took the test only a few days later and scored one point shy of perfect. What about people who take the test with a rented gun? I saw a couple of those that day. Just because something appears a certain way doesn't mean it is as such.
