I don't have any experience with Calfee other than what I have read. My experience with Benchrest is extremely limited as they don't have any matches nearby. I have shot a match with Jerry Stiller and often speak with him about the dos and don't s in benchrest though and have learned a great deal from him. We will see what equipment wins the nationals next weekend. I just got through completing an indoor 50 yard test range to see how we stack up on ARA cards. I also just built 2 single shots on Vudoo actions and am building a Stiller 2500 with Jerry to have a good comparison of what a winning rifle is like.
