As long as the weapon is concealed, is there a limitation on the size of the weapon you may legally conceal?

....the first person who refers to their "junk" as a weapon may consider how long it takes to fire such a weapon in a stressfull situation...then go lock it in a safe and sit in the corner.

lol I want to say you can carry as much a gun as you can conceal. But I'd have to go back and check my handbook again.

i just took my chl class and i was told you can carry anything from a derringer to a smith & wesson 500 magnum with the really long barrel as long as you keep it 100% concealed.

You can carry an AR15 pistol with a 250 round Beta Mag if you can hide it.

I would not want to try to explain that one to a Grand Jury though...

Will the defendant please explain why he needed a ar15 pistol with a holosight nightvision and a 250 round magazine?

Uh.... I'm in charge of community waste disposal.

Only handguns can be carried concealed (with license). Rifles and shotguns dont fall under that category but may be carried out in the open. Doesnt matter how big your pistol is, if its legally considered a pistol then you can carry it concealed. Also, no limit as to how many you can conceal at one time.

Pistols don't require a front grip correct?

The only time .380 applies is when you take the course. After that, you can legally carry a .17 if you so desire.

I've been trying to figure out how to conceal an AR-15 pistol. I'm looking at something with an alternate recoil system or one of those Gunsmoke Enterprises short buffer tubes. This would be for wintertime carry only. I'm going to need a custom holster.

I've never had a CHL but I carried an AKM with an East German side-folding stock and a 20-round magazine on a sling under a duster more than once in my younger days.
The .380 rule is during CHL qualifying, I couldn't remember.
