Good series. One of the ones I "cut my teeth" on in terms of anime. Not that I watch anything too far out there, but stuff like Trigun and Cowboy Beebop are pretty good.

I don't watch any anime, but found the original one I posted interesting. Now I see that there are many more Anime shows with detailed gun stuff. Seems every anime show I've seen since yesterday has well informed writers who don't just make up shit.

I finally got around to watching the first episode of this last night... only made it 15min in. I like anime, but this one is just too ridiculous for me.

Now I see that there are many more Anime shows with detailed gun stuff. Seems every anime show I've seen since yesterday has well informed writers who don't just make up shit.

Check out Black Lagoon. The main character is sort of a hoplophobe, but the rest of the characters are very gun-centric. For example, two of the characters were hypothesizing what type of gun Jesus would have carried. One suggested it would have been a Glock since they are perfection, but the other stated he would have carried a Jericho since he was a Jew. This discussion was taking place while they were being shot at of course
