Just got a spot on a lease, looking for some suggestions

Getting my game cameras back from where I left them in KC, now just need to decide on a feeder. I will be close to the lease on 9/8 so I want to throw the feeder up in prep for opening archery weekend on 9/29. ..

What are the rules in TX about baiting? Back in KS you could not have a feeder running 10 days before hunting the area..

There are none for deer.

So I talked to the guy getting me on the lease and he said that they use $40 hangers down there without issues. He said they use the hangers because the farmer has goats on the property in some places and that they will knock tripods or stands down...
