Back in first grade, I grabbed little Susie where her boobs would be 10 years later to tickle her. I'm a horrible person who could never run for office.

I guess Judge Kavanaugh does not have Constitutional rights?

This man and his family are being drug through the worst vile treatment that Washington has to offer.

Just imagine is RBG dies in office and Trump gets to pick another Justice, do you think anyone will accept that nomination?

That job will be about as popular as the new Sheriff of Rock Ridge

Yes, of course they will. That position is life's greatest career achievement for a judge. There are plenty of people who sacrifice everything for their profession - their time, health, family, everything. The right judge wouldn't bat an eye and wouldn't care one bit about the character assassination that will be directed towards them.

But that may not be the best person for the job.

Agreed there are always those ambitious people who will anything , endure anything to climb the ladder.
That is not a quality I would look for in a Supreme Court Justice.

So the best person for the job may be discouraged from accepting the nomination.
