Since January I have been trying to get myself into better shape. I have been in the gym 4 to 5 days a week, and have lost around 20 pounds so far. Until recently knee pain hasn't been an issue. I jogged close to 2.5 miles on friday and work saturday with a dull anoying ache. I didn't run again until after last nights work out, and the ache today is much worse.
So my question. Other than rest, how can I get some relief? Or am I just a big baby? hehe
