I really like the feeling ketosis puts me in. So this is what I made today-
Onion, celery, cabbage, leftover burnt ends from last weekend’s brisket, a whole 6 pack of Meyers garlic sausage from Elgin, 5 extra cloves of garlic, a heaping spoon or butter and a heaping spoon of coconut oil. I gotta keep my fats high and carbs low.
Stuffed peppers.
Stuffed with ground beef, onions, Goya black beans, kernel corn, Rotel and mozzarella on top.
The middle one is a layered affair for bottoms, tops and stuffing.
