I've got her twin at my house. I added the thumb extension on mine. Mine came with a scope on it, and I left it on.

I'm thinking this may not get a scope. But who knows. I may change my mind on the scope one day.

I was making 100 yd+ shots with mine when I got it, so it stayed on. If it was a shorter shot, I may have taken it off. But with my eyes as they are now, no matter how short the shot, its staying on.

You gotta do what you gotta do. I know one day I'll be there as well. And the scope may just add to the over all look

Funny you should say that. I have never owned a revolver (basically a 1911 guy) but now that I have the 1894, I'm thinking about a Ruger GP100 Match Champion.

Finally got time to shoot my marlin. It was quite fun. The rifle ran smooth. Now I just need a western style holster for my ruger revolver and I'm set

I've had this one for twenty years! I can say without reservation it's the best holster I've ever owned! I carry my Ruger Birdshead 45 Colt concealed or revealed quite often. Straight draw or cross draw. Well worth the money!

I carried mine tonight to a hog hunt tonight. It's very stiff (which I like). Mine works as a strong side or a cross draw.
