    I can say one thing, if that perp had tried to start a serial stabbing here in Texas, there would be very few victims, if any, it wouldn't go so well for him, and by the time the police he arrived, the threat would most likely already be neutralized.

    That knife incident in Oklahoma happened just before 1992....long before any CHL existed. My cop buddy retreated about 50 feet as he was off duty and in civilian clothes with no gun. I attacked. I told you that I was a scrappy SOB. I never said that I had a lick of sense back then!
