Those flowers are unique. I agree with above your best bet is find a named example of another guitar by guy who made those flowers.

Ive been digging for a while, I can find similar vines as shown in the head stock but I havent been able to find the flowers yet. drives me nuts; I can't imagine anyone would only do one run of these!

I yanked the pickups, found what looks like the Fender "F" underneath. One of the pickups has a stamped "B" in a circle... maybe to indicate bridge pickup? other then that no names yet.
