In Austin............they paid a cleanup company (hazmat certified) to clean up one camp where feces and needles were washing up on backyards along a city creek. It cost $45,000 for the one time clean-up and the vermin were back again in a week and the site was just as polluted as it was before the clean-up. That is just one camp in a wooded area. There are many more under over-passes.......tent camps......the city gives them porta-potties and puts roll off dumpsters for trash collection, and it is FUTILE.
