We're going to need them. Get used to seeing large bills with the way that inflation promises to go off. If Obama has his way, our currency will be like that of Italy. For years I used a 500 Lire note as a bookmark. I eventually lost it.

Damn.. it was a good book mark, too. And the ones you buy in the store are like $2...

I read somewhere about 3 weeks ago that the fed was considering issuing continental currency that was not allowed to be circulated outside the US boarder.
Their plan and thoughts were it will allow the dollar outside the US to fluctuate with the market and stabilize the dollar inside the continental US, or so they think!!!
If the dollar lost to much value China would hold worthless US GEO currency / debt and we would repay it with continental currency at twice or three times the value.

I don't remember where I read this but it was dam scary!

I noticed a lack of the $1 bill...... Are they planning on coins for anything smaller than $5?? Those bills look eerily like what I've seen overseas.

I notice it doesn't say "In God We Trust"

Edit; What kind of wack site is that, did anyone look at the links on the bottom of the page?

Sections of the Constitution are more appropriate than "in God we trust"...
