I haven’t read the pertinent TRO, but if the amendment supersedes the previous order, the governor will argue the TRO is moot since the previous order is no longer in effect.

IT had to do with the CITY COUNCIL here, it had do with banning PRIVATE GUN SALES within the city limits, it had to do with where you could CONCEAL or OPEN CARRY GUNS in parks, trails, paths, etc. IT finally went to the MT SC so it could go on a ballot, it went to a vote AFTER some time and we could have LOST even here in Montana but we did not - so far.

And NOT only in gun rights or with the TRUMP/FAUCI 'flu scam' and with tons of shutdowns but in OTHER MATTERS. Their EGO - conceit and power hungry TACTICS have NO bounds!

People have voted for one thing when it came to TAXPAYER money and where it was going to be spent or NOT!

Example and ONE of many of them.

Taxpayer MONEY and a VOTE - ELECTION for housing for the so called homeless as an example and MOST OF THEM ARE BUMS - TRANSIENTS, drunks, dope fiends, drifters with and without a criminal record and NOT EVEN a resident of the state that they are in. Throw in illegal aliens and other NON resident - LIVING IN another state U.S. citizens to the VAST MIX.

This is NOT just an honest person who is actually NEEDY and needs a hand UP and not only a handout.

And the voting CITIZENS - legal ones from Conservatives to some Moderates to even some Liberals say NO - they VOTE NO for more spending.

Then a MAYOR (Or a Govenor or whoever.) makes an 'Emergency BS Declaration' and the D or R gets away with it and SIGNS THE ORDER with or without a city council vote or with any other group involved and THAT CRIMINAL POS POLITICIAN gets away with spending MONEY and more and more MILLIONS OF DOLLARS for housing and other bennies for those BUMS - citizens or illegal aliens even though the REAL TAXPAYING CITIZENS who actually WORK or are RETIRED said NO to all of the above.

LOOK AT WHAT HAPPENED with the RED FLAG LAWS, THE RAISED AGE gun buying LIMITS, OTHER BS GUN LAWS, ETC. AS ANOTHER EXAMPLE.

Many R Governors and other Rs got on the BAND WAGON with the Ds after Trump was all about TAKE THE GUNS FIRST and with other gun issues.

ESPECIALLY AFTER the famous White House meeting AFTER the LV shootings with DIANE F SITTING NEXT TO TRUMP that I have seen many, many times online and not just off of the boob tube.

I have mentioned this ALL over the WWWeb, in person and on the telephone WHEN it was going on at the time and I still do.

FACT not fiction.

LOOK at how many GUN laws and state constitutions were IGNORED when all of those R and D pols got all HYPED UP after the LV shooting and not just with other shootings.

LOOK at how much was covered up and did not even ADD UP with the LV shootings! ALL of those investigations!

I did follow that specific case BIG TIME.

LOOK at how many military men/women, policemen, firemen, teachers, nurses, other medical workers, many other employees, etc. GOT FIRED because they refused the EXPERIMENTAL OPERATION WARP SPEED ala Trump/Fauci's shot.

LOOK at how the 2 week deal - get over the flu bs 2 WEEK CON GAME turned into another fiasco for 2 to 3 YEARS ala THE GREAT RESET in more ways than one and not only in MEDICAL or FINANCIAL ISSUES!

Example: Until EFF buy/bought/bye BIDEN finally said and took away TRUMP'S EMERGENCY BS ORDER that he put in while he was IN OFFICE concerning the Covid bs LIE - Saint Patrick's hospital in this TOWN and other hospitals, etc. in this state still FORCED PEOPLE and patients to wear masks just to go to some doctor's offices and so forth. For TWO to THREE YEARS!

So even if you were NOT in the hospital as a patient or as a visitor to a patient - they were forcing that salami.

THEY FORCED IT ON ALL EMPLOYEES TOO!

I am not kidding you and EVEN though other places had STOPPED all of the mask and other salami mandates - orders... many places did not.

IT has been proven that masks don't work for some things and, in fact, wearing MASKS for so many hours a DAY and/or for 2 to 3 freaking YEARS will actually HURT YOU in many ways.

IF a person chooses to wear a MASK - that is their own business but it should not be forced on other people.

I do believe that IF you are having surgery - an operation that a doctor, his assistants and the nurses should wear a MASK while they open you up.

The Montana R Govenor, other R politicians IN and out of THIS STATE and the D politicians really PUSHED THE TRUMP/FAUCI OPERATION WARP SPEED EXPERIMENTAL SHOTS, THE BOOSTERS and some shutdowns even in this state.

Trump was still promoting them recently and still IS in some cases - rallies but he knows that some of his Q and Q Anon cult followers, some NON Q followers and his PR men don't like him TALKING ABOUT the SHOTS so much NOW.
