    They are too afraid of our freedom to even try becoming citizens.

    Beer here is not only cheaper but better. They have some decent breweries but by and large, they drink buttweiser and Keith's.. meh


    The few times i was up B.C. i prefered the Molson XXX with the 7.3% acl content. I never cared much for Labotts.

    Usually, even when I retired, I looked forward to Friday. Just not this one. It was a very long and tiring day today. The wife and I had to attend a funeral this afternoon of a very close and dear family friend.

    She lost her battle with Alzheimer's a few days ago. She is at peace now. But tomorrow is a new day and all will be better in the morning.

    Condolences, really sorry to hear. Alzheimer's is no place to be.
    My dad has declined to the point he simply stares and I know his time is imminent but marks the end of his torment.

    Prayers to you and yours from us and a special blessing for those who bear that burden.
