Anyone ever hear of getting the local fire department to fill your swimming pool for a donation, or an actual fee? My wife had a coworker recommend that, and I can't fathom the hose draggers coming out and filling someone's pool, other than maybe their own.

Also, the pressure from their fire hoses would seem to rip the liners of above ground pools or maybe knock down the sides. They're not exactly the sturdiest structures known to man.

Ya I've pissed them off. Posted on every forum and Facebook page that any school building an indoor football practice field doesnt need more money, especially with a still growing tax base due to new construction at these exorbitant home prices and rising values.

I've had a couple conversation about it with them online.
