They suck and are REALLY bad this year! I was mowing at the lease the weekend before harvey hit and they looked like a huge swarm of bees flying around. Actually made it hard to see 30 yards ahead of you!

    Seem to be hurricane induced.
I went to deep east TX after Rita hit.
Scrubbing lights and windshield got to be a twice daily routine.

Anyone else noticing the increased helicopter activity? They are all low flying and numerous. I think Younggun may be on to something here. I tried researching and all I came up with is the Marines doing cold water training. But I cannot even begin to count how many have rumbled the house in just the past hour alone. It's actually making me nervous. I hope it's nothing serious.

Not sure where yall are located, but they have been flying over our area for a couple weeks now due to harvey. Ive seen more choppers in the last 2 weeks than I have seen in my life combined! Had one land in the field behind our house last weekend. Judging by how fast he came in, his actions after landing and how short he stayed, Im pretty sure nature was calling bad enough for an emergency pit stop in the nearest open spot!

It was pretty neat to watch them refueling in mid air a couple weeks ago as well!
