Odd, though. One of my medications costs $100/month and I have to take it daily. The doctor said "Well, this other medication is exactly the same thing except you only need to take it once a week and it will only cost $25/month. Would you like to switch to that?"

Yes, of course. Why in the bloody hell didn't you tell me about this other medicine years ago?

I was simultaneously pleased and irritated.

Then I had to deal with afternoon traffic getting out of Houston. Holy cow, it can be scary to share the road with people trying to get away for a holiday!

Ben, I think you may still be leaving money on the table. I had a prescription for around $150, by going to ' Good Rx', it cost $14.
