    I was at the temple gun show yesterday, it’s worth going to.

    My question is what is a national match 1911?
    It was stamped on the slide. I know of a gold cup.
    I guess it was a colt I don’t remember, this was a matte stainless but old like 80s/90s

    How does that compare to my Clark’s custom match colt?

    The National Match Colt has been around for quite a long time. It's the more customized model mostly made at first for competition. I'm not sure the difference between it and the Clark's.
