    The Republican's won't repeal - the law gives them power. Even if they did, the door is open and can't be closed. Eventually, a similar law will pass again.

    I have to say that's what I'm afraid of. You know government: pass a law and never rescind it, only grow it. The only exception to this I can think of was the 18th Amendment.

    Only option we have to get rid of this law and keep it from coming back and maybe even close the door it opened would be to get atleast 34 states together and force and Amendment down Congresses throat.
