"Allegedly the door was ajar, but also it didn't open and the key didn't work and there was yelling 'open up'/let me in'..."

Does that, for instance, jibe with you?
"Allegedly" is not a fact. What are the odds she went to the door that just happened to be ajar? The shooter will spin it in her favor. The victims attorney will spin it for a payday. The Rangers will investigate and will be the third side, only they ain't saying. Those JBT should be transparent huh? They are too busy with the cover up.

I am not buying her story.....unless she was chitfaced drunk and seeing she made a call to 911, that seems unlikely now.

And without any evidence of racism yet, the resistors were out in force last night. They can't let a tragedy go to waste.

Why oh why would you expect everything to jibe or make sense at this point? A ton of crap in the OJ trial still defies logic.

If the passkey doesn't fit, you must acquit.
Dude, we have been over this, at the very least she possibly had an all access fob to at least get on any floor of the complex.

C'mon, how many women make sense? The fact that this makes no sense is totally logical.

Did you see how quick DA Johnson passed any questioning of the charge onto the Rangers. Got give her credit for dat.

Looks like witnesses contradicting guyger story are holding fast:

DALLAS - There are two mystery witnesses coming forward who are contracting the Dallas police officer’s account of the night she walked into the wrong apartment and fatally shot a man.

Moments before 26-year-old Botham Jean was shot and killed Thursday night by off-duty DPD Officer Amber Guyger, two women say they heard banging and shouts of "Let me in."

Is there an echo in here? You do realize we are saying the same thing. ( Except!!! she had an all access key FOB.) Where is that mentioned except on this forum ? To expect this to ever make sense is illogical, at this stage of misinformation, insane.

See, here's the deal: This is why it's soooo screwy. .....Normal case: Prosecutor wants to keep as little information as possible from hitting the public, whether cop or child molester.

Defense wants all the information possible out there.

WAIT!!!! WTF? What's wrong with this picture??

The whole world is backwards and upside down ....( or is it?) See, here's the classic court case: Prosecutor says: " This is a very simple case.

The defense wants as many different versions and facts as possible, because they always say: " This is a very complicated case." The more stuff gets muddled , the better the chance their client gets off with reasonable doubt.

So... what is logical about this, with the victim throwing in question before the trial?

OK, so she had an all-access key card but the door was ajar but people heard her banging against the door to open up/let her in but she thought it was her own apartment and people usually bang against the door of their own place to be let in...

Was door ajar or was she struggling with her key not opening the lock as she expected or was she banging on the door to get in and thus not expecting her key to work?

Can’t be all three. Pick one.

Not surprised that so many here solved the case with no evidence. Appears to be a horrible case of manslauter but agitators want some 'payback'. Oh, warrent is issued when charges are determined, not before.

News report today said the door was half open, why she drew her gun. Said she told the man to put his hands up. Instead he started walking toward her. That's when she fired her gun. Of course we won't hear the mans version because he's dead!
