Years ago a certain bullet mfg sold a lot of HBWC bullets in 38 cal. Used in reloading by some folks. Due to the lead mix and lube used after a 150 rnd match lead fingers could literally bee seen coming out of the end of the barrel. Needless to say the accuracy was not exactly "match grade" I'm going to say your problem is the ammo. I have an SR-22 and it has no problems like you describe.
