    DaBaby .... Rhodeian Ridgeback

Probably the smartest and most awesome dog on the face of the earth.
She constantly amazed me with her intuition and instinct.

We put her down at age 17 in 2007

Wow that is awesome. My Kellae (above) passed away at 10, and my other Ridgeback only made it to 11.

Up on left hand, top by my ID is a photo of Chico, one of our four Boston Terriers. Our son in the Army in Georgia during the Iraq War and his buddy spied poor Chico chained, without food or water in incliment weather. After passing by and seeing the same situation several times, they swiped him and took him to their quarters on base and ultimately brought him to Texas and home. He's a good boy, smart and barks when something or someone comes up to our rural home. He is not a biter but has that capability if he needed to and would be willing. Should have named him "Sergeant Chico". Army Dog.

Murphy looks like a great member of the family.

My wife pampered DaBaby and the vet said that's why she lived so long.
She rarely jumped off of a bed or out of a car or pickup truck, took glucosomine regularly.

We made a cursory look for another RB, but just couldn't "replace" her.

Maybe the next one will be an RB ...

    ... Chloe.

This knuckle head is at the opposite end of the spectrum.
Part dalmation and part blue healer and part idiot.
But she is the most loving and affectionette dog I've ever seen.
Loves the vet ... go figure.

I've nicknamed her "food processor" ... but you gotta love those blue healer eyes, even if there isn't anyone home.

I just lol'ed at work. I mean loud. HA!

I have 2 cocker spaniels that my girlfriend has officially spoiled rotten and my random pet, a fahaka puffer named puffer man. Its indigenous to the Nile river and will eat anything it can catch. I feed it live crabs and crawfish, fun to watch.

Any guy that keeps a mountain lion as a pet is ALL man!
scap? ... we just ain't seen no proof yet

More than one kill? And not just a day old bunny? That's pretty impressive if so. What was it, a 20lb Maine Coon?

This cat was half Siamese, half Tabby, but born from good Texas stock. Her mother died from a rattlesnake bite less than a year after she was born, and Tabitha herself literally killed rabbits as big as she was, chewed the heads off, and left them on the front door once or twice a month. I'll add on different occasions I actually saw this cat jump and catch two hummingbirds and one Mockingbird...in mid-flight...right out of the air. That's no B.S. I loved that cat. She was tough, but she was also the most affectionate cat I've ever seen.

I'd post a couple pics but something is still wrong with my account and I keep receiving an error message when I try to post them. Hopefully that'll get fixed and I can contribute again to the Manning Up The Man Cave thread too....

Well this is my little buddy "Gizmo" (maltipoo)he weighs a whopping 8lbs but thinks he weighs about 90lbs and is very smart and very spoiled but he makes me laugh a lot so I really like him. Can I keep my man card??

He lost his buddy several months ago, a stray that I had for 16 years, so I think she was 17 or 18. She was a great dog and I really miss her.
