I've got 3 of those 18 count boxes..
Havent been able to find more..and dont want to work that hard to find them, although I'm sure I will

Laid the law down with the family on Sunday
No food goes to waste ...none..

And we are just smartly planning meals also.

Fortunately, between HEB and Walmart, we've been able to find them.

Sam's has had eggs every time I've been in there. 2 - 18 packs wrapped together.

Let's see, what will it be, for lunch today:

    1) Beefaroni
    2) Chicken Pot Pie
    3) Hot Pockets Ham & Cheese
    4) Frozen Chicken Quesadilla
    5) A Can of Chili
    6) Grilled Cheese Sandwich
    7) Peanut Butter & Cherry (or Red Raspberry) Preserves Sandwich
    8) Sardine Sandwich
    9) Tuna Salad Sandwich
    10) Nothing and give my stomach a break

I don't feel like cooking a real meal today and cooking up a grilled cheese sandwich probably is as far as I will go beyond a microwave oven warm-up today.

Did #6 for the family for lunch.

The day started as usual until about 9. The little girl (1.5 years) decided to do a head first dive off the kitchen table with a glass jar in her hands. I blasted home from work and ran the bunch into the corona zone for some $1000 glue and tape. The kitchen looked like a murder scene. Head wounds bleed a lot. Reminds me of last year when my 7 year old smoked my 6 year old in the head with a bat..... kids are great. If you dont have some. Go get it done.

    Leftovers for dinner.

Sure hope she's ok, but I have to ask, what is meant by "ran the bunch into the corona zone for some $1000 glue and tape. "?

I am pretty sure that glue & tape (or also a new fangled zip type of thing) is what they do at the ER (corona zone) nowadays instead of using stitches or staples for cuts.

My best wishes for her very speedy and complete recovery!

Went for a walk with the mutt instead of having lunch. Sure am hungry now but the thoght of any of those except the peanut butter and preserves sandwich makes me want to barf and I do not need any sugar after my Sunday & Monday binge. May just have some smoked ham and some nice aged cheddar.

This is what I was thinking, but not sure.

To the ER, with 4 littles, these trips seem to happen a couple times a year. Cut was 3/4 inch, dead center on her forehead. No stitches. Glue, tape. Glue tape. She will have a full recovery. After a 2 hour nap on pops she seems right as rain.

The ER was sketchy as heck. Only the wife and baby girl went in. They were actually happy to have a regular case come in the door. Masks and distancing abounded.
