At the annual club meeting tonight and another member wants me to call him if we go. A few local friends are interested too, just not yet committed.

At 10 this morning the forecast was partly cloudy and 56 for a high.
It's now supposed to be clear and 59. I like the direction it's moving.

Forecast now clear, 61F, 12mph winds.

Still on the fence. I'd like to get out and meet y'all, but we had a gas leak and were without heat for a week while we waited on a plumber to replace the gas lines, and 50 degree indoor temps aren't conducive to getting a damned thing done around the house, so there's some catching up to be done. Also need to pack my MIL's whole house into one room and the garage so we can replace flooring there in 2 weeks.

Sounded like a solid plan to me too. Momma however felt two layers of polartec fleece was a better approach to staying warm.
