3. The date (approximate is fine) you purchased the product, the name of the dealer, distributor, or store where you purchased the product.

For something which claims to be "Built to exceed stringent U.S. And international Ballistic impact Requirements for Use in Military and tactical operations" they should hold up better than that!

But we all know "Undeniably constructed for the rigors of combat, robust design, high-impact materials, flexible shock absorption, and fast-paced performance all combine into a rugged solution" still means built by the lowest bidder!

I know you said they were rubber and not plastic, but by chance could they have taken a hit in your big? As mentioned, it does look like some damage has occurred to them.

Still, if they advertise you can do this to them, they shouldn't break like that no matter what happens!

I hate it when expensive shit doesn't live up to its expectations!
