First off it is a Ruger, so do not expect high quality.
I currently own 3 Rugers and can attest to this.
Second, it is a piston AR which to me was an upgrade from the original but in a military format. I usesd to fire thousands of rounds in a few day period regularly in the Army and I could still make my FN M16A2 run like butter.
For civvies, a piston AR is a minor upgrade and not worth the few hundred premium it demands on the market today.
I can agree that they should fix the problems its current line of products suffers from like expensive mags (Mini 30),bad accuracy (Mini14) etc.
