But the article doesn’t cite any inbound deliveries of people. In fact, it reported that Texas was the top out-of-state destination for San Francisco to send away homeless people. Between Texas and California California probably has better benefits for the homeless. The if you can make money of the books....you can live like a king. Plus the weather in Southern California is pretty good.

Northern Cali too. I'm in San Jose right now. From my street view, and driving all over the place, I don't see any more bums than in Austin. Last year I was in Portland - that was a whole different story. I'll report back this weekend. Going to San Francisco Friday.
