It doesn't really matter when your back is against the wall. But, what if what the market will bear, is considered gouging by some.
Thank you, I appreciate it. I know this too shall pass...I just hope it happens sooner than later.Been there before. Was hard to part with most of that stuff, but like you I had no choice.
At least you are selling in a good market. I had to sell when prices were down.
Hope you find work very soon.
Thanks, I appreciate your response and suggestion..That's a tough spot and it comes down to do what you gotta do. Most of us have been there to some extent.
Price stuff at what the market will bear and run with it.
Did you have a friend on the good Reuben James?Did you know their names?
I think, perhaps, that you are thinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald? The Reuben James was that rum running ship!
I think you may be confusing the North Atlantic with Lake SuperiorI think, perhaps, that you are thinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald?
They should not buy it then. But, what if what the market will bear, is considered gouging by some.

Most definitely. Look up the Edmund Fitzgerald. Ore hauler on the Great Lakes. Went down in a storm with all hands lost.'Ol Gordon Leadfoot told in the lyrics about "The big lake they call Gitche Gumee".
Lake Huron rolls, Superior sings
In the rooms of her ice-water mansion
Old Michigan steams like a young man's dreams
The islands and bays are for sportsmen
And farther below Lake Ontario
Takes in what Lake Erie can send her
Sounds like he's singing about the Great Lakes.
Yes I agree - Too high of price is when it doesn't sell. It is called supply and demand, right?Personally, I think you should sell it for all you can get, it is a sellers market now, no different than land or housing. People need to stop being such commie's and let capitalism do it's thing!!
