Was not an ex-employee, they've interviewed everyone.

Supposedly the door was rigged and that's how the guy gained entry.

That makes sense. Damn media! I should know by now not to believe everything I hear in the media. I hope they recover the stuff, but I hope even more, that the guy is nailed to the wall.

My honest opinion is that this was an inside job, not a random act but something carefully planned and executed. The person knew what he wanted before hand, this wasn't a smash n grab.
