A few solutions to this problem mta89 already pointed out. I can only add to those opinions by saying universities need to stop spending so much on sports. Don't get me wrong I love sports. It's just now even at the college level it's treated as an easy path to big money. You enter a draft, play for a year, suck get cut and you still have a shit ton of money. Meanwhile labs and classrooms are asking for help. Plus I think it would help kids who do want to play ball for a living did so on a typical salary. I would do something I love for 60k.
