When I wear my tactical kilt I sometimes wear my 5 in heels which makes me 6'7", but hell on my feet...I don't get the ongoing issues/concerns about carrying during the summer. Even before OC, I hauled around a Springfield XD(M) 5.25" Competition Series .45 without a problem using either a Tucker & Byrd OWB leather holster or an Uncle Mike's neoprene IWB one. "Printing" was never an issue.
Since OC has been allowed (since 1 Jan 2016), I mainly carry the XD(M) in the T&B OWB.
I am not an overly large individual (6'2", 198 lbs), and wear cargo shorts (or occasional tactical kilt) and t-shirts the vast majority of my leisure time.
Red heels? Seriously? Summer they should be white! When I wear my tactical kilt I sometimes wear my 5 in heels which makes me 6'7", but hell on my feet...

LOL, should be, walk a full mile in downtown was NOT easy on the feet, one guy broke an ankle, several guys just took them off and said the heck with it. I did the whole mile. So the next year they asked me to do it again, I said I would but not in 5 in heels, told them if you have done it once then you are a veteran, should not have to do it twice, they told me no, so I have not done it again. I also raised the most money for them.Is that sponsored by podiatrists?
With those heels, your skirt should be at least 2" above the knee.....When I wear my tactical kilt I sometimes wear my 5 in heels which makes me 6'7", but hell on my feet...

My summer attire is pretty light. Usually flops, shorts and t-shirt. How and what do ya'll carry in this scenario? I've been running my wife's bodyguard... but good Lord this freaking trigger!
I shouldve mentioned:I carry the same thing on January 1st that I carry on July 1st.
Never understood changing it up
