Different powders definitely sound different without a doubt. Its why man dont use A1680 for subs in 300blk as 4227 is more quiet and still cycles.
May be able to do something at the cowboy range in Magnolia. wouldn't have exclusive use but could be very limited interference. I'll query the range master tomorrow evening.
