    During the 70's in Houston, we had a co-worker from India who spent weeks going thru a citizenship class. He would ask us questions from his assignments each week and sometimes we had to research the answers. Our group consisted of H.S. and college, veterans who had been citizens since birth. Our average scores on the tests was in the 80% range.
    I seriously doubt most college graduates of today would do as well.
