Picked up this pup earlier this year. I was expecting a 8-10 lb mutt and got a 25 lb mutt instead. Also wound up not being a Chiweenie like we all initially thought. Great pup though!

Raised and treated properly you will not find a more loyal animal.
Problem is the folks that mistreat them have given them a rep that is 180 out from truth.

They didn’t call them nanny dogs for no reason. My black dog watches our grandkids when they come over. If she disapproves Of something she will whine.

I'll chime in with my little guy. This is Avery, Landseer Newfoundland. He is 120 lbs at 18 months. They generally stop growing and start filling out at about 2 years. Dad was 200 even and mom was about 170. For being the runt of the litter, he has been doing a great job catching up!
