There are 26 million people in Texas. To my knowledge (and I searched quite a bit) no one else has engraved a Texas flag on a lower receiver before. (There have been a few laser etchings, but not engraving). In the first batch of the 100 Texas flag lowers ever produced by a Texas company celebrating Texas heritage you will be one of the few who can buy one. The other 25,999,900 Texans won't get one. That puts you in the 0.000004 percent.
