Since I tried AXIS venison, I turn down WT!!! = "Parisi" made out of Axis scraps is WONDERFUL. - MUCH tastier than Parisi made with beef.
(IF you are one of those people who won't even try "Parisi" because it has RAW VENISON, as one of the main ingredients, it leaves MORE for me.)
